You will continue to use the Training and HRD Process Model, Figure 7-1, page 202 as your map. For the Unit 5 onboarding employee orientation program evaluation, you will design an evaluation of your onboarding employee orientation program. Given that you will not be able to deliver the orientation, you will not be able to actually evaluate the orientation. However, you can prepare an evaluation that would follow the training. Our text presents five means of data collection on page 215, Table 7-3. For this class, please limit yourself to the questionnaire method. Keep in mind the dangers of self-report data (Pages 219 – 220) as you design your self-reporting questionnaire. Using the Expanded Kirkpatrick Evaluation Framework (page 212) design an evaluation you would use for your onboarding employee orientation using the self-reporting questionnaire method. The evaluation would be given immediately following the training session. NOTE: You can use the same Business Strategy/Competitive Advantage, Business Need and Training Objective for all the Assignments moving forward. No need to paraphrase for each Assignment. NOTE: Use the grading criteria for the headers in your paper. NOTE: This Assignment has two components, a qualitative questionnaire and a quantitative ROI spreadsheet. Upload both your Unit 5 Questionnaire Paper with the Program title, Business Strategy/Competitive Advantage, Training Objective and Self Reporting Questionnaire to the Assignment 1 Dropbox and the completed ROI Spreadsheet to the Assignment 2 Dropbox. NOTE: Given that this is more of a white paper than an academic paper, APA 6th is not required. The paper should be a minimum of 2 pages, double spaced, 600 words. Check for correct spelling, grammar, punctuation, mechanics, and usage. Citations should use APA style
