Write a 1100 word essay addressing each of the following points/questions. Be sure to completely answer all the questions for each bullet point. List the distinct traits evident for the successful individual, the minimally successful individual, and the criminal individual.

Pay close attention to barriers that may interfere with the agency’s ability to provide services to all in need (for example, limited resources, limited space, regulations concerning substance abuse, and financial need requirements). Write your report.
- Cohen provides an explanation for the development of deviant subcultures among young, lower-socioeconomic status males who are unable to “measure up” to the middle-class measuring rods. As part of your research for this essay, reflect upon the various subcultures you see within the community and consider how these subcultures vary according to how urban or rural the community is, the economic status of the subjects, and answer any other questions of your concern.
