This assignment marks the last part of the course project. You must now create a performance evaluation for the job you previously wrote a job description, recruitment & selection strategy. Be sure to not only create the evaluation questions/scales, but the form itself.
In other words, what form would you give to a manager and/or the employee if you were the HR director initiating the performance review process. In addition, you should consider creating a form that will best solicit developmental information. So consider the possibility of 360 degree assessment, or other methods of performance evaluation.
